As already mentioned, each of our rooms has its own balcony. In addition there is a bathroom/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, phone and safe in each and every room.

Booking confermation
To confirm the reservation is required a deposit which in case of cancellation will not be refunded. We will inform you of our bank details at time of booking.
In case of cancellation please inform us in writing as early as possible.
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:
- Of course we are trying to resell the room, but if it should not be possible, after this time limit we have to charge the following percentages on the complete price as cancellation fee:
- Cancellation from 4 weeks up o 15 days before arrival: 40% of the total amount
- Cancellation from 15 days up tot he booked date of arrival: 70% of the total amount
- In case of no- show (no arrival), delayed arrival or early departure we charge 70% of the whole stay.

For all persons over 14 years , the Tourist Tax will be charged at the rate of 2.50 Euro* per person per night. This tax is not included in the total price of your stay and is paid on site.
